In the current version of Portal, when you are building a Cascaded story map, you are able to import Insight pages as iframes.
What is missing though as functionality is to configure the dimensions of the iframes. This is critical for the smooth user experience when scrolling through the cascaded story map slides.
I believe that resizing exists for the ArcGIS Online. Not for the Enterprise Portal though.
