There are certain privileges in AGO that are considered "admin privileges." Upon giving custom roles admin privileges, you cannot assign new users these roles right-off-the-bat; you must assign them a role that does not have admin privileges, then go and change their role. It would be nice to be able to assign them a role with admin privileges upon account creation rather than having to go through extra steps.
