Add mask symbology option to lines

Have you ever needed to add a mask to a line that had arrowheads because it was overlayed onto an aerial? The current implementation of lines with arrows treats the arrowhead and line as seperate symbology layers (that's an enhancement request in & of itself) so you must make duplicate layers of each and then arrange the layers to get the desired effect.

Please add another tab or button under the top level of line symbol properties to enable the use of masks for line features. This should also apply to polygon outlines..
