It would be very helpful to have a notification drawer for Workforce that could be customized to include different information including: status changes, declined assignments, notes from field workers, missed assignments (if a specific due time has occurred without the assignee starting the assignment). It is possible to miss these occurrences when scanning the assignments list for icon changes (especially the grey message icon) so having the ability to specifically pull some of those into a notification would really help. It could be like the red number icon that appears on the arcgis.com homepage when you have notification like being invited to a group. As mentioned above, it would also be nice to have the project manager have control over which types of events trigger a notification since not all projects require the same levels of sensitivity).
