Workforce: Create a "Busy" status

    It would be very helpful to have a fourth status: "Busy" or "on assignment" when that user is currently working on an assignment. This could be automatically triggered when a field worker starts an assignment and rolls back to available when they finish the assignment. Assignments can take an hour or more so it would be nice for the dispatcher to know who is available or busy before assigning work. It would also be nice to show the time since "busy" for the user to help determine how soon someone may be available.
