Hi,
I was wondering if it could be made possible to increase the smoothness of the layer refresh drawing rate in web maps and design it so that the layers refresh similar to refresh rates on televisions. So having the layers removed slowly with the older layers on top and the newest updated layers underneath. I think it will help both aesthetically as well as simplifying the layer transitioning.
