It would be great if ESRI products would use an appropriate date format according to the region in your organisation's settings just like they do with the measuring units.

For example in America miles and month/day/year may be acceptable but in New Zealand we would use meters and day/month/year.

In the Netherlands we use day-month-year. In webmap-popups I can choose day/month/year, but the slashes imply an American notation is used. This is confusing. Viewers of the webmap have no way of knowing if 4/7/2020 is 4 July or 7 April. 

So in the Netherlands we use - instead of /
