Locking the zoom level in ArcGIS Pro 3D Scene

I use 3D animation to make clips of a property. When moving around the scene the base map will jump back and fourth from elevation and not look as good than a flat map. If i was able to lock in a specific zoom level for the base maps it would make my 3D animations a lot crisp and clearer.
