I think it would be very helpful if a users bookmarks would automatically sync or follow that user across apps (collector, explorer, etc) and web maps.  In other words if I create a bookmark in the field using collector, i'd like that same bookmark to then be available on a web map or explorer.  I would also like you to be able to share these with other users and also have enterprise bookmarks that a administrator could push out to users.
