In order to make the case for GIS or solutions like ArcGIS Online, it would help to be able to track member/named user growth over time. Adding this feature would allow organizations to demonstrate utility and changes in usership from year to year. This will also help organizations make decisions and changes in the number of named user accounts based on historical figures.
