When Web App Builder launches with the Jewelry Box theme with the widget panel open on the left hand side, the map is created and zooms to the web app extent before the widget panel opens up. Once it opens up, the map shifts to the right and is no longer zoomed to the intended extent. It would be better if the final extent upon loading matches the desired extent.
