In ArcGIS Pro, I want to be able to set a specified buffer amount between the border of the text box and any of its contents. This was available in ArcMap under the Frame properties of a Legend, and was known as "Gap":

I've searched hard for a similar setting in Pro and even called Support about it, but to no avail. This is something I want for every legend and text box; yet it's either not available, or if it exists, it's not default and not easy to find.

Here's what happens to many of my legends in Pro:

All I did was put in a legend, resize it a bit, and set a line width of 2 pt. Notice how the Parks icon is butting up to the top border and the County Boundary label is almost touching the right border. Also, the space below County Boundary is much too large. If there was an easy-to-use Gap setting, all of these problems could be easily fixed.
