OR Logical Operator for the Filter Widget

How about an OR operator that works between filter choices. Currently the only choice is AND.

For Example:

So this would show all General Access and all Sport Fishing Areas

instead of General Access sites that have a Sport Fishing Areas.

It could be an option either on the query form (user controlled) or in the widget configuration (static).

Like the group filter will allow but the user doesn't have to do anything but click.

Thanks for a great explanation of exactly what we need. This seems very obvious to me and can be used in so many ways.
