reports on what widgets are used on JS API sites

I'd like a report or dashboard of what widgets are used on sites. Maybe even granulated by users.  Also, on Server, it should have a System Monitor or something. The Logs are not useful as is, except to show severe errors at the moment. It should have a pie chart and graph type of log viewer.  So I know performance of my SDE and server and services. Should not need to create custom solutions, monitor IIS, etc.
