Is there a way I can see if a web map has been checked out? E.G. Someone downloads a map onto their device using Collector, but I need to recreate the web map in ArcGIS Online because the data has been corrupted. Is there a way to see if the web map has been downloaded and is currently un-synced? Can I see who downloaded it and on what type of devices?
I know there is a way to see if the data has been checked out, but I want this capability for web maps.
