Report software versions to Esri for Tech Support Use

    Simply have the software report its versions to Tech Support and store that information in the customer profile. Alternatively, give tech support the ability to enter that information, or give the customers the ability to enter the information in My Esri. Every time you call Tech Support, they ask for the information over and over, and it would be great to have it all there already, and they can just confirm it.
