Draw and edit with an offset to the actual geometry on mobile devices

    When drawing and editing polygons (and perhaps also lines) in apps built with one of the mobile runtime SDK:s (android, ios, windows phone), it can be hard to see where the actual point is going to be placed, because the finger might cover som of the view.

    A built in feature that allows the user to "hold on" to the head of a pin or needle instead and moving vertices, where the tip of the pin/needle is the actual coordinate for that vertice.

    In the image below, the user would touch and drag on the larger green and yellow dots to move the vertices.
