Allow Hexadecimal entry in Color Selector

It may be useful to allow users to enter / view  hexadecimal numbers in the ArcGIS Desktop Color Selector.  This would make it easier to match colors with ArcGIS Online.

No further enhancements are being made to ArcGIS Desktop but this is available in ArcGIS Pro:
