Notification of Known Issues by e-mail as they are determined to be known issues

    During Esri support calls, we sometimes find out that what we are calling about is a known issue. It would help if we could subscribe to a notification service by e-mail based on the products that we are using to be notified on known issues as they come up rather than troubleshoot our software or apps just to find out that the issue we are trying to resolve is a known issue. This would save time for users and developers as well as eliminate unnecessary support calls.
