We are having some issues with KML downloads on our Hub/Open Data site. We noticed a few layer where users can download shapefiles and csv, but if they try KML they get "an error has occurred".   The same data can be downloaded as KML on the ESRI hub site The layers in question include those hosted on our servers and those on ArcGIS Online. I'm new to arcgis online.  I have a number of Google Earth KML files that I have created that I want to upload.  When I got to Add -> Add Layer from File and choose the KML file it is an unsupported file type.  Is there something I'm missing here? ... View more

In ArcGIS 10.6 you can create a field called FolderPath that when you convert Layer to KML is recognized as a way to folder out the KML in Google Earth. Using ArcGIS Pro 2.3.0 it no longer recognizing this field as one that relates specifically to KMLs and does not create any sort of foldering in Google Earth. Hello, I've tried changing environment settings such as coordinate systems and extents with no result at all. I've read about bugs with these processes, so I tried converting a shp file using the Layer to KML tool with all default environment settings with just 3 features within the layer.
