This fun and interactive workshop will introduce participants to free inquiry driven activities that are ready to use in the classroom the very next day! This hands-on online mapping workshop will use the ArcGIS Online cloud platform available for FREE for all schools through the ConnectED initiative. Some of the content areas covered during the workshop will include physical and human geography, Earth science, U.S. history, AP human geography, English language arts, and upper elementary. As a participant, you will also be introduced to creating your own interactive maps, all with a simple web browser and no programming knowledge required. So grab your laptop and don’t miss out on this power packed, engaging day! Lunch will be provided.
