How can I set Visible Scale Range in the Layer Properties permanent ?
I have ArcGIS Pro 3.5.6 here and whenever I work on any layers I consistently have to set the Visible Range under the Layer Properties and change from Show layer Between these scales only to show layer at all scales ? Is there a way for me to change to permanent set to "Show Layer at all scales" ? Thanks

One of my headaches — the KMZ conversion tool. We make field KMZ files and pull them into ArcGIS Pro so we can draw whatever's new or changed out in the field.
