You may find that your address is not showing up at the correct location on the GeoNet Map. The map is built off of the ArcGIS Online technology and follows the same standards for geocoding. Currently, the World Geocoding service does not support street-level geocoding (address search) for certain countries. For example, Bolivia is a "Level 4" country. The WGS supports cities, counties, provinces, and other administrative division types for "Level 4" countries, which would explain why you may not be able to locate the street address. The solution for this is to remove the street address and just use the city and country.
