Esri Services at EPC 2020

Esri Services seeks to provide Partners with the tools and knowledge they need to reach their goals for designing, implementing, and strengthening geospatial solutions or services. At EPC, Partners can tap into Esri experts and thought leaders representing support, training, and professional services in a variety of collaborative ways.

Esri Services has 2 primary focus areas planned for EPC:

Technical Workshops
Saturday, March 7
8:30 am - 4:30 pm	Esri Method: Defining and Executing a Geospatial Strategy In order to effectively leverage the ArcGIS Platform and gain location intelligence, organizations need a geospatial strategy to guide them. Join us to articulate and execute a geospatial strategy through an iterative approach.
8:30 am – 12:00 pm	Technical Consulting: Building Professional Services Offerings This workshop is focused on the operations of Esri’s Technical Consulting Program. During this session, the Technical Consulting Program team will present and lead discussions on how Esri manages the program business along with best practices and lessons learned on building services and performing delivery. Some of the topics covered include: - Technical Consulting Customer Profile - When to Leverage Consulting vs. Projects - Building New Service Offerings - Consultant Delivery Training and On-boarding Methods
Monday, March 9
11:00 am – 12:00 pm	Build Release Ready Consulting Services Services to enable customers with the latest ArcGIS capabilities are in high demand. Building release ready consulting services helps assure customers that your consultants are up to date on the latest Esri trends and best practices. This session provides an overview of the options available to partners to help build release ready services and includes a panel discussion with partners who are actively building release ready services.
