To change which features and content types are accessible with your group, follow these quick steps:
1. Navigate to the group Manage, Settings option in manage menu (note: only group admins have access to make these changes)
2. On the settings page, click on the config wheel for the Enabled Features and Content Type section
3. In the Enable Features window, un-check the Projects option (always leave the ideas and external objects options unchecked as well, all ideas are directed to the ArcGIS Ideas space), you can also choose which other content types you may not want to use, but we recommend leaving everything else on to start.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. Click Save button the lower left corner of the page.
