Likes and rates are a way for you and others to show support for helpful content and collaboration in the community.

Liking is the ability to quickly show support for a valuable piece of content or response.  Any content or response can be liked.

  1. To like a piece of content, click the Like button on the right side below the Bookmark or Share button.
  2. To like a comment or reply, click the Like link in the bottom right corner of the reply or comment.
  3. The number of likes each has received will appear next to the link or button. Clicking the number will show you who else has liked that content or reply.

Rating is the process of assigning one to five stars for a piece of content. Rating content with three stars or higher will increase the popularity of the item. Rating can be enabled for any content type but typically works best with documents, uploaded files and blog posts.
