We will be moving forward with a new release of My Esri this Wednesday July 22nd, at 5pm (PST). Please see the below enhancements and fixes that will be included.

5.17 Release Items
New My Esri Help Center
- My Esri will now have extended help for users through a new guided experience that utilizes the third party Walkme solution. Users will have the ability to be onboarded through guided tours of My Esri and get assistance with common processes such as administering/managing licenses, inviting/granting user permissions for their organization, and downloading Esri software. The help experience is driven by a user's permission/language settings in My Esri and we plan to add more guided process assistance in upcoming releases (support, developer subscriptions). A blog that overviews the new My Esri help will be posted the evening of July 22nd that will include further information.
Licensing
- A 'Suspended" filter has been added to the ArcGIS Online information section to help users better organize subscriptions.
