Uploading files to GeoNetHow-To Tip of the Week

Uploading Files

An uploaded file in GeoNet is used the same way as a collaborative document. When you want to collaborate on a file, you can upload it to the GeoNet Community and allow others to assist with the file. Files can also be attached to other GeoNet content types.

Keep in mind not all collaborators have the same permissions, software or operating systems and may not be able to open an uploaded or attached file. Files must not be larger than 50 MB and can be a Microsoft Office file (ppt, doc, xls) or PDF.
