The latest release of Web AppBuilder is now available. Additional features have been added to the Data Aggregation widget, now out of beta, as well as the Share, Smart Editor, Public Notification, Parcel Drafter, Infographic, Threat Analysis, and Emergency Response Guide widgets. Web AppBuilder Online December update is available now. This release adds useful enhancements to several widgets. Two popular requests have been implemented. One is to support WFS OGC service in the Add Data widget, the other is to hide the header and filter selection if only one group is configured in the Group Filter widget. Web AppBuilder online October update is out. This release focuses on improvements to a number of widgets, including dynamic filtering using a URL parameter with Group Filter, relative dates and URL parameters for preset values with Smart Editor, new options for buffer input within a precise distance in Near Me, and subscriber content URL allowing any organizational account user to run reports and infographics from Business Analyst. The Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS team

Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online March update mainly targets support for accessibility. Twenty-one widgets and five themes have been enhanced for this feature, including selected screen readers. With the incremental releases, more widgets and themes will add on to the accessibility list

 

In addition, the new Network Trace widget enables you to use a geoprocessing service to trace a geometric network and interact with the results. When sharing a link or a URL to an app, you now can control which layers are visible with a new link option in the Share widget or with a new URL parameter, showlayers. See the blog below.

Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) 2.11 beta version is available in the Early Adopter Community. It syncs up with the latest Web AppBuilder in AGOL December update. Click on this link to access the latest beta version.

 

Developer Edition 2.11 has two new widgets and numerous improvements to existing widgets. The new Threat Analysis widget targets public safety personnel and first responders. It helps identify safe distances and zones for planning events. The new Visibility widget determines what is visible based on distance, observer’s height, and a field of view. In addition, Directions now allows you to configure barriers from your map layers. Analysis adds three new tools: Find Centroids, Find Point Clusters, and Summarize Center and Dispersion. 3D Search enables you to search feature layers. For more information, see the blog.
