Refactor the ArcGIS web-site topology to make it more discover-able and add missing documentation and diagrams of structural content and architectural relationships between the myriad of ESRI products and secured services.
We need to be able to allow anyone who has access to the item, to be able to download it directly from the item details page to their pc in any of the formats already supported (i.e. shapefile, geodatabase, geojson, csv....). From an item details/settings page, when the setting "Export Data - All others to export data to other formats" is enabled the export is limited to creating a new item in ArcGIS Online (organization subscription). The user then needs to download the item from their AGO …

Enterprise geodatabase administration tools (Data Management Tools.tbx\Geodatabase Administration) that take user name or role name as an input parameter should expose the list of database user and role names. Typical tools that would be GREATLY enhanced: Change Privileges and Create Role (as the latter is also used to modify who to a role). The information on user/role names is obviously already available (contextual menu to assign privileges on a table expose them). The idea/request here i …

When features are selected in a map and are working with the attribute editor trying to delete some text and focus is not on a the text editor, the delete keyboard stroke deletes the feature without warning. Add an option (enabled by default) to display a dialog to warn that features will be deleted. This can be the same Editing option, "Show dialog to confirm discard edits" which does not seem to apply to feature service edits. This would be similar in functionality to allowing a user to auto o …

As I have been adding new sites to our story map, I have seen that the user does not have the ability to edit the site locations within this story map. I added new sites, but did not hit the enter key for my last 5 sites, as a result they were stacked on each other. There was not where in the story map editor to change the location for these sites. I had to close without saving and recreate the sites. Thank you for your consideration.

Using the 3-panel story map. I have found that we do not have the ability to remove sites from a story map. I am using the 3-panel story map for this. Here is the link to our map of concern. http://wdeq.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/index.html?appid=ed81244b8d6444108bf2099595b959ba&edit These projects complete and may need to be removed over time. Thank you for your consideration.
Workflow You want multiple layers in web map to point to one data layer in AGO, Each layer needs to be styled differently, but the item details page content is the same for each map layer (all pointing to one data layer in AGO) You don’t want make copies of the layer in the web map, then restyle the layer copies in the web map, because this is time consuming and you already have them styled in ArcMap. While creating a new layer from the hosted feature service or a new view from the hosted fe …
Provide a means both through a web-based editor and tools in ArcMap / Pro that would allow ESRI users to provide input to the street data presented in the ESRI base maps / routing data. Much like the approach taken by others such as OSM this would allow users who have a vested interest in the accuracy of street data to provide updates, input new streets, and fix issues. ESRI Base maps are fantastic however inaccuracies or missing street data has been a source of constant negative feedback f …

With the cost analysis beta widget in the web app builder, it would be nice to be able to export the final cost + asset items into a .csv file. Currently you have to write down the information manually, and there is no way to save that final cost estimate when moving on to a new project.

Right now all native ESRI apps can be opened using url-links through schemes, which opens up a host of posibilities to have them "talk to eachother". The only non-ESRI apps that can be opened using a url-scheme from an ESRI app are Google and Apple Maps (correct me if I'm wrong?). It would be great if you could open other apps through their respective schemes as wel, for instance: we can access our intranet from a map feature using the browser of our MDM (AirWatch using awb:// in a hyperlink). …
